Who we are
MobileHog is provided by 7eicher, Digital Studio & Consulting, Klaus Siebeneicher, Austria (details in the imprint). By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.
What MobileHog is
MobileHog is an independent mobile app that displays data from your PostHog account. It is not made, endorsed or supported by PostHog, Inc. You need your own PostHog account, and your use of PostHog remains subject to PostHog’s terms.
Using the app
You may use MobileHog for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for the PostHog accounts and projects you connect and for keeping your device secure. Don’t use the app to access data you aren’t authorized to see, and don’t try to disrupt or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Read-only, and dependent on PostHog
MobileHog only reads from PostHog. Numbers are shown as PostHog returns them, which can include cached results. The app relies on PostHog’s public API, which PostHog can change or limit at any time; we can’t guarantee that every feature keeps working. For decisions that matter, check the source in PostHog.
Price and purchases
The app is free to download. If a paid upgrade is offered, it is a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store or Google Play. There are no subscriptions. Payment, refunds and your right of withdrawal are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
App stores
If you downloaded MobileHog from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
Liability
We provide MobileHog with care, but without any guarantee beyond what the law requires. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are not liable, to the extent the law permits. Your mandatory rights as a consumer, including statutory warranty rights for anything you pay for, are not affected.
Changes
Features may change as the app develops. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If a change affects you materially, we will point it out in the app or on this website before it takes effect.
Law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply, and you can bring claims in your local courts.
